10/9 - Lab - Evaluating a Website

URL: http://www.nifplay.org/science/pattern-play/
CLICK Body Play and Movement in sidebar

1.  Domain: .org (This is a non-profit 501c dedicated to the study of Play)
2.  Title Bar:  The publisher is the National Institute for Play, relevance is appropriate to my topic of Play
3.  Information on Author:  No author listed on this page, however, the founder of the organization is Stuart Brown, who has a blog linked to this site.
4.  Timeliness:  Copyright 2014 National Institute for Play
5.  Body:  I am attracted to this page because it discusses the importance of the physical nature of understanding play.  I worked as a trained dancer and approached my improv performing and training from a very physical perspective.  The physical is a big component to the how to play I am looking at.  As this page states, "If you don’t understand human movement, you won’t really understand yourself or play. If you do, you will reap the benefits of play in your body, personal life and work situations."
6.  Footer:  There's PO box address in Carmel as well as an email address.

*I would also like to note that this page gives sample references, that would be a good bread crumb trail to follow for more potential sources.
